RESPONSIBLE PARTY FOR PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), Rancho La Salud Village Cohousing (Multiversity Corporación S.A. de C.V.) (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), located at Carretera Chapala - Jocotepec 1256, San Juan Cósala, 45820, Jocotepec, Jalisco, Mexico, is committed to protecting the personal information provided by its clients (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") and is responsible for its processing (as defined below) when collected directly or through electronic means owned by the Company.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company may request and/or collect Personal Data from clients directly for commercial use, disclosure, and/or storage by any means ("Processing") for the purposes listed below. The Company and any third party involved in any stage of Personal Data Processing will maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws in the United Mexican States (hereinafter "Mexico").

Providing and/or registering Personal Data implies full and unconditional consent from clients for the Processing of their Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice. In cases where Financial Data (as defined below) is required, explicit consent will be necessary before providing such information.

The Personal Data provided by clients at the time of registration and/or entry serves various purposes, including but not limited to:
Receiving contracted services and/or products.
Generating statistical information.

For property purchases or subscription of shares, the following Personal Data may be collected:

- Bank Name of the Card *

*These Financial Data are required to process payments for the Company’s products.
MEASURES TO LIMIT USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company has implemented physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect clients' Personal Data. If you wish to stop receiving promotional messages via email, print, or phone, you may request this through info@rancholasaludvillage.com.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company may disclose, share, or transfer Personal Data (excluding Financial Data) within and outside the country to third parties, including but not limited to affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, suppliers, sponsors, advertisers, contractors, and business partners for commercial purposes. These purposes include:
Providing statistical data to potential advertisers.
Sending advertisements tailored to clients' specific interests.
Conducting market research.
Third parties receiving clients’ Personal Data are obligated to comply with this Privacy Notice and applicable Mexican laws. By providing Personal Data, clients consent to its transfer as described in this Privacy Notice.
MEANS TO EXERCISE RIGHTS AND REVOKE CONSENT
Clients have the right to:
- Access: Review their Personal Data held by the Company.
- Rectify: Correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.
- Cancel: Request the deletion of their Personal Data.
- Object: Oppose the Processing of their Personal Data for legitimate reasons.

To exercise these rights, clients must submit a request containing:
Name, address, and email for communication.
Documents proving identity or legal representation.

Any additional information to facilitate locating the Personal Data.

SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
Under the LFPDPPP, Sensitive Personal Data includes information revealing racial or ethnic origin, health conditions, genetic data, religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, or sexual preference. If the Company requires such data, explicit consent will be requested.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through personal communication. Once acknowledged and signed by the client, the updated Privacy Notice will take effect immediately.
This Privacy Notice ensures compliance with Mexican law and protects the Personal Data of Rancho La Salud Village Cohousing’s clients.
